Scheduled refresh fails, on-demand works

Hello,

I recently moved my gateway to an OVH cloud running on Windows 2012 R2.
Since I have done this all the scheduled reports which are connected to google analytics fails 80% of the time for the past 2 weeks. All other reports are not impacts.
When I run on-demand refresh, it works sometimes and fails sometimes. On occation I need to update the password for any one data sorcce in the report and then it works. I have not been able to understand the error as there is not message just an activity id and request id.
How would you recommend I solve this?

Hi @purnima13,

 

 As you said, the refresh worked sometimes and failed sometimes. It looks like an intermittent problem of data transmission between data source and the server where gateway is hosted on. You could try to use the fiddler to check the problem. Also, you could create a support ticket for further analysis.
