Scheduled Refresh with Access Databases???

Hi Team,

Need a Quick Help please . I have data coming from an Access database to Power BI report design. I completed report in Power BI desktop and published it in Work Space. However, I am not finding ways to enable a "Schedule Refresh" Option for this kind of reports.

If there is a way, Kindly help me ASAP as I have to deliver this to few Executives in my organisation.

Thanks,

Venkatesh

Yes . We have On-Prem gateway installed. But, Access database is basically in a shared drive (folder) and it doenst have a Username and Pasword associated.

I have used the complete path name @LivioLanzo.No Luck .

Could you explain more to resolve this issue ?

Did you correct the path within your Power BI Desktop and then re published it into the service and added the correct source to the gateway ?

In my Power BI Desktop, location to database still looks like this . Attached screenshot for reference.

Z:\Share\Helpshr\Analytics\Power BI\TVM Databases\TVM Patching.accdb

Do I need to change this as well ? If yes, how should it looks like ?

Also attached is the original location how it looks when i Open it in my laptop

yes you need to change it in the Power BI Desktop, using the networkpath in place of the drive name, and then re publish your file to the Cloud
