Scatter chart with selective category labels

Hi,

i found this scatter chart online ;
https://powerofbi.org/2021/07/26/scatter-chart/

and i cannot work out how the user achieved this. The highlight outliers  toggle suggests book marks but can someone perhaps explain how the category labels only show for outliers?

Thank you

@TAP936 on format pane, turn on category and that will do it.

Hi, thanks for responding, if i turn on category labels then it turns on for all data in the chart, not just outliers?
