Hello,
I have a date calendar with fiscal year which starts in November. In matrix table, I can compare by month between last fiscal year and current fiscal year.
But if I drag the CURRENT MONTH FISCAL YEAR (November) and LAST FISCAL YEAR, the last fiscal year shows the total for the whole last fiscal year instead of just the month of november of last year.
Maybe I am missing a filter for the last fiscal year. Thanks.
Here are my 2 measures:
MEASURE#1
@Oros , I think first measure should also have sum ?
LAST FISCAL YEAR =
CALCULATE(
Sum(SALES[SALES]),
SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('CALENDAR'[Date])
)
make sure CALENDAR is marked as date table

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.
Hi @amitchandak ,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it does now work on FY month compared with last FY sames month.
In Matrix table, it shows the 2 months (FY) comparison.
But in donut chart, only 2 FULL fiscal years are being compared.
