For years, I have been accessing a report in Salesforce through our organization domain and on Monday, the sign in failed. Asking me to edit my creditentials, I attempt to sign in, using the organizational domain and the wheel just spends, never times out or asks me for my user name or password. I tried to make a new connection to salesforce, same issue.
I run this report daily for the sales group.

Hi @v-yiruan-msft , TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 are/were checked in Internet Options/Advanced
Trying to refresh from the service, it is showing all files but the Salesforce connection needs edited. When I try to edit the credintials for files that are on our LAN drive, it is not accepting it at any privacy level and I can only choose WindowsWithoutImpersonation.
still need help
Hi @pludlow As a workardound, maybe you can try to test your connection with a 3rd party connector. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics (which doesn't have PBI as a destination, so you first have to export to Google Sheets and then export to PBI) and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Salesforce connector in the data sources list:
After that, just grant access to your Salesforce account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your Salesforce fields:
There just select the fields you need. It is also compatible with custom fields and custom objects, so you'll be able to export them through windsor. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.
