Sales not to change on product

Hi Experts

i have the following DAX measure which is correct for total sales for a given manufacturing site. However, when i add the value into a tooltip, it give me the element of sales assoicated with a particular product. I want to show always the total sales. not the protion assoicated with say Product A.

Sales Y = CALCULATE([Sales],
ALLSELECTED(PMS_COMPLAINT),
PMS_TM1_SALES_VOLUME[Fiscal Period] = "Y"
)
