SUMX by filter

I have measure

 

SUm = SUMX(Table, [VALUE])

But have to write formula to ignore total in grandtotal if COuntry = ALL ?

VAR x = SUMX( Sheet5, [Value])
VAR y = 
CALCULATE(
    SUM(Sheet5[Value]),
    FILTER(
        Sheet5,
        Sheet5[Country] = "ALL"
    )
)
RETURN
IF(
    HASONEFILTER(Sheet5[Country]),
    x,
    y
)
