I need the below output with Sumprodct (QTY*Price) for each column at top or at bottom instead of Total-

I do not know how your datamodel looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
Expected output measure: =
IF (
HASONEVALUE ( 'Price'[Item] ),
SUM ( Stock[Quantity] ),
SUMX ( Stock, Stock[Quantity] * RELATED ( 'Price'[Price] ) )
)
