SUM TO THE FILTERED DATE

Hi Community, I ve been bulding a dasboard but I ve had some issues and I d like you guys to help me out.

The data Im trying to show is a sum of visits and the budget (Visits by day as a goal)...I have a page filter which make IT show everything to the date and it works good,  my problem is when I use the target value which is a target by day inluding the whole month...when I use the value Target Field I use the budget column but that field doenst respect the page filter and  it shows everything. 

I have a calendar table and I have the relations but still the target value field shows the total budget (Month BUDGET)

Any DAX or idea you guys could share with me? ThaNKS in advance.

See if my Time Intelligence the Hard Way provides a different way of accomplishing what you are going for.
