SSAS Cubes or Power BI Desktop report as a source which is better and recommended

Hello All,

We have certain requirement from user where we will need the expert advice.

The Client has SAP BO and created WebI report using the Universe. Now they want to migrate the entire webI report into the Power BI.Also they want to view the reports into the Power BI Mobile.There are many queries and from more than 22 source/tables.

What is suggested best practice, known observation and other analysis, Performance , refresh etc.

What we have come up with is to develop the SSAS Cubes or creating datasource into power bi and taking power bi desktop report as source to other files..

Require your suggestion on the same.

It seems you are seeking for what is the best way of connect to SAP Business Object BI Universe to power bi, 

Currently, it is not possible to do that, you may check the idea below, you can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.
