I have this table in Power BI, what I want to do is compute for the percentage fo the businesses (yellow shaded) over total business, but only for those with business identifier '0'.
What is the best way to do it.

Hi @Monette_M
Try this:
Measure=
VAR _B =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( table[Number of businesses] ),
FILTER ( ALL ( table ), table[business identifier] = 0 )
)
VAR _A =
CALCULATE ( SUM ( table[Number of businesses] ), ALL ( table ) )
RETURN
_B / _A
