SLA Management

Hello,

I have been asked in my company to automate as much as possible the measurement and monitoring of the defined SLAs.
That is, some SLAs are related to the availability of the internet connection or web services. On the other hand, other SLAs are defined based on incident response time (tickets).

From there, the provider will be penalized.

How could you do it?
