Hi all,
Consider the following as an example:
- 1 order
- 2 dates to be considered: Date Demand - Date Resolved
- Date Demand was for example 01/01/2019
- Date Resolved was for example 01/06/2019
- This specific Order should count for the SLA of the Month 1, 2,3,4,5 and 6.
- My issue is that the order is only being caught at the last month, never in the other months.
- How to make this order to appear in the SLA count of all months??
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous ,
I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data or desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Hi @v-xicai
Data Sample:
In my dataset sample, highlighted in yellow are the ones that should be considered for this example.
As you can see they have Demand in one month and Presented two, three or four months later. What I am not being able to do is to make them count for my SLAs, for each month that they have been opened. For instance, one where Demand date is month 02 and presented month 04, should count for SLA on month 02, 03 and 04.
Is this clear ?
Thank you for your help.
There is no data at the link provided. It may have expired.
Also, what is your current formula to determine SLA count? You should be able to accomplish what you describe using DATESBETWEEN([List of Months],[Date Demand], [Date Resolved]) and possibly CONTAINS or something.
