Dear all,
I have a problem like this with some dimensions:
1/ Salesperson: each customers are assigned to a Customer every month
2/ CustomerCode => each has fixed "Channel" definition
3/ SKU => list of product to be sold .
There are "channel must have SKU" => show which "SKU" must be sold for each Channel (Current format like this on excel)
Wet Market | Supermarket | Wholesaler | |
Fish | Fish | Pork | |
Chicken | Beef | Chicken | |
Pork | |||
Chicken | |||
Total no of SKU must have | 2 | 4 | 2 |
My Sales Data monhtly like below
Salesperson | CustomerCode | Channel | SKUCode | Month | Sales quantity |
David | C001 | Supermarket | Beef | 8 | 10 |
David | C001 | Supermarket | Chicken | 8 | 20 |
David | C002 | Wet Market | Pork | 8 | 10 |
James | C003 | Wholesaler | Fish | 8 | 20 |
James | C003 | Wholesaler | Pork | 8 | 30 |
James | C004 | Wet Market | Chicken | 8 | 5 |
James | C004 | Wet Market | Fish | 8 | 10 |
And the question I tried to solve on excel is ok but not yet how to on Power BI:
For each Customer => Count number of "Must have" SKU that they have buy in a period ( could be month / quarter)
And Sum the number of customer achieved total number of required SKU => by SalesPerson
Would love if anyone can share some idea how to approach this issue ,
Thanks so much
