SELECTEDVALUE() measure messing with slicer & table visualization

Hi, so I have a table visualization with 2 slicers filtering said table: slicer A for my Item ID and slicer B for my Code. I want to use slicer B's current selection as a measure, but when I put the measure into the table visualization, the table straight up ignored slicer A. The measure itself is working fine, but it's messing up the visualization by making the table ignoring my other slicer. Here's my measure and some screenshots

Measure formula :

Measure = SELECTEDVALUE('Master Toleransi'[Kode Order])

Before measure is put into the table, both slicers working fine :

And if I drag my measure into the table, the table ignore the Item ID slicer :

I've been trying to look for solution in google, YT, and forums, but so far I havent found any. Can anyone please help? Any pointers much appreciated, thank you.

@N8_edc0 , I doubt either there is no join or join is inactive between two tables 'Master Toleransi' and fact having diameter

Adding a relationship works! But in my use case, i need the 2 tables to not be related. Oh well, I'll have to find a workaround that. Thank you very much !
