Running sum between a Start Date and End Date Column

Hey all,

I am having an issue which I cannot seem to find a solution for. Its frustrating me because I believe the solution will be quite simple.

I want to create a bar graph that shows the rolling sum of a value between a start date and end date.

For example:

ValueStart dateend date
52021/04/102021/04/15
22021/04/102021/04/17
102021/04/152021/04/20

Now I want this to be in a bar graph (that shows every day, I created a Date Dimensions table to have every day of the year) but I want the rolling sum. Most bar graphs are only letting me use either the start date or end date as axis and therefore doesnt consider the rolling sum. For example: On 2021/04/15 the sum would actually be 17 because all 3 dates overlap on that date. The following day would be 12.

I cant seem to think of an elegant way to do this, I even tried to see if there were any widgets that can address this. This is something I could do easily in excel but it must be in powerBI.

Any ideas would be tremendously appreciated!!
