Running Total and Quota

I used a SharePoint List to create Sales Quotes by Sales Person (AE). I then linked the List to BI.

However, I'm running into the issue where BI is summing the Quota and not differentiating it by month/year. And when I wrote a measure to "%ofQuota" it's calculating the percent to the cumulative quota for however many rows were entered (in this case, Jan-Dec 2017)

I think you don't want to summarize the quota, correct? you can choose option not to summarize, not sure if this is what you are looking for
