Run paginated report from PBI dashboard/report

Is it posible to run a paginated report from PBI report on the Service? Someting like a button saying Run Report. Also can I add a dynamic parameter to report's URL?

@Markzolotoy , This feature was shown in last MBAS. As of now, you can get the URL for paginated report and create a measure like 

measure = "URL?param eq "& selectedvalue(param[param])

and use that as URL column in table or matrix. it should open drill in new window
