When I Apply and close the fllowing table in query editor. The dataset I get in the model only keep the first record for each date (records with S93 STF account ).
How can I keep all the rows?

Maybe the data is sorted in different order(by attribute col) in the model tab. Filter for single date and see what you get.

What do you have in Applied steps in query editor? Post the M query here for reference.. Home->Advanced Editor.
@Anonymous
Other than Pivot, I don't see any issues. Could you click on the final step and see what the output you get? If it not sensitive post the sample data in (copy-paste) format instead of screenshot.
final step is unpivot

yap that was it. So less learned from this exmaple is that moving from Power Query to Model we might see unexpected sort which we didn't include in our transofrmation
I used upivot to move columns headers to rows.
what I get in the data model
