Rows Not Expanding in Matrix

Hello!

I have a matrix that isn't showing the data when expanding. Has anybody else experienced this and/or come up with a fix? In the photo below you can see the top two rows are expanded but the employee name does not show even though it is included in the field list.

There are no measures associated with the values and all fields are from the same table with the exception of the dates, so I don't think it could possibly be a relationship/measure issue.

I ended up just re-creating the matrix and it magically worked, but it just took some time because I have a lot of bookmarks tied to buttons. So I'm just curious as to why this would have happened in the first place or if it was just a bug?

Hi, I am experiencing a similar issue with a report that I have been working on (unfortunately, can't share details). The report does make use of a matrix with 4 levels of expansion. The last row of data expands inconsistently amongst the users of the report. One user will be able to expand the row and see the data displayed. While another user will click the [+] button to expand the last row and the only change is that the button is now [-] but there is no data displayed. Only when the second user refreshes the visuals filters/slicers does the data display. Does anybody know the reason for this and if there are any possible solutions?

I have no clue, but haven't been able to replicate. I'm not able to share the file, unfortunately. Was just curious on whether or not this was a issue that's been experienced by other users. I, for one, haven't ever seen this behavior!
