Hi,

I have huge daily incoming data in this format

ManagerUser IdColumn2021-19
anukshagbrabhisActual TIM Time (hrs)47.99
anukshagbrabhisActual overlap TIM Time (hrs)47.83
anukshagbrabhisTime Diff %0.33%
anukshagbtejashwActual TIM Time (hrs)21.41
anukshagbtejashwActual overlap TIM Time (hrs)20.52
anukshagbtejashwTime Diff %4.18%
anukshagchinthumActual TIM Time (hrs)46.8
anukshagchinthumActual overlap TIM Time (hrs)46.2
anukshagchinthumTime Diff %1.28%
anukshaghemagActual TIM Time (hrs)3.43
anukshaghemagActual overlap TIM Time (hrs)3.37
anukshaghemagTime Diff %1.65%

But i want to have this table like this

ManagerUser IdActual TIM Time (hrs)Actual overlap TIM Time (hrs)Time Diff %
anukshagbrabhis47.9947.830.33%
anukshagbtejashw21.4120.524.18%
anukshagchinthum46.846.21.28%
anukshaghemag3.433.371.65%

What are the different ways to do this?

i think you can use pivot in the PQ

1.PNG2.PNG

= Table.Pivot(#"Changed Type", List.Distinct(#"Changed Type"[Column]), "Column", "2021-19")

Using the Pivot operation in Power Query. (EDIT: Sorry, I first mistakenly wrote Unpivot.)
