Row Subtotal Not Working For One Row Level

I've turned on row subtotals and have selected all of the subrows I wish for totals to appear.   They all work with the exception of one.     I can not get the total to appear for the Builder column (column #2).   Any ideas?

I went a different route with this table that I no longer need to find a solution for the original problem.     Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

Due to I could not reproduce your data structure, could you please share your sample data to have a test if possible?
