Row Level Security on single visual

Hello,

I am implementing row level security in a report.  I have bar chart and data table in my report. I want to apply row level security only to data table as it has detail data and the row level security shouldnt apply to the chart. Any chance we can acheive this because as soon as I apply row level security its getting applied to comple report but my requirement was to apply for a single table. Any pointers on this will be helpful.

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous,

At the moment, RLS can only be applied to the full dataset; individual visuals/pages/etc. are not possible (at this time). I don't think it's a planned feature either, though you're welcome to post an idea.

Its not possible as the role is based on full report, not visuals specific.

Thanks

Thank you for the reply. How about applying RLS on two different tables which doesnt have any relationship. For example I would like to apply RLS based on 'Country' field in one table and based on 'Manager Name' in other table. I did tried this but RLS works only on one table at a time. If I apply both RLS even though they are separate roles its not working.
