Row Level Security and Aggregate View

I have created row level securty so that each employee can view their own performance numbers but not able to view other employees' numbers.  However, I'd like each employee to be able to view their own performance, as well at the aggregation of all the emplyees in the company's performance, as way of benchmarking themselves to the complany average employee.  Is there a way to give permission so an emplyee can see their own numbers and the aggregate company's numbers?

HI @Anonymous,

I'd like to suggest you create a summarized table on query editor side without relationship key to user mapping table. (remove sensitive fields) Then your users can view tables with their own data and summarized table records.

There can be a better way, But by creating an aggregated table or by having a dummy employee having aggregated data and all employees have access
