Is there any way to control the useability of the tool.

As Right side Filter gets disappeared when clicked on the White spaces of the reports.

Could you please explain a bit regarding the sentence "Right side Filter gets disappeared when clicked on the White spaces of the reports." here?

If you mean the Filters on the right side pane, I am afraid currently there is no available method to keep it displaying the Visual level filters when selecting the current report page. Visual Level Filters would only be displayed when the proper Visual is selected.
