Ribbon bar (menu) is non-function

I'm running the latest Windows Insider Skip Ahead build and for the past few weeks, the ribbon bar in Power BI Desktop is visible, but nothing happens when clicking any option.  I can't even change tabs.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Sometimes this works for a session, but the next time I load the app, the ribbon bar is broken again.

I'm dead in the water.  Can anyone help?
