Return the first date a measure reaches <0

Hey,

I have a measure that essentially takes away cummulative monthly payments away from a initial starting figure.

Remaining Business Loan = SUM('Business Loan (Amount)'[Business Loan]) + [Cummulative Payments]

This is fine when I put on a chart with months on, but I want to be able to return the first date that the above measure goes below zero, I've tried the following but I'm just getting the first payment date regardless of when it hits 0;

Remaining Business Loan Date = IF ([Remaining Business Loan] <0, MIN('Business Loan'[PAYMENT DATE]),BLANK())

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

J

@magnifybi

Try:

first date below 0 =

MINX(FILTER(Business Loan, [Remaining Business Loan] < 0), Business Loan [Payment Date])
