Service: Country: Pack to Agent Pack to Client New Column: Service Status
VAT Registration Germany 15/02/2019 30/02/2019 Pack to Client
VAT Registration Spain 14/02/2019 02/01/2019 Pack to Agent

Hi @united2win,
What is your desired output in that column. Please post that also
Thanks & Regards,

Aplogises, there's a formatting error:
The new column would like this:
Service Status:
Pack Sent to Client
Pack Sent to Agent
Pack Sent to Client (This would take preference if the dates were the same)

Hi,
That's the issue, I'm fairly new to Power BI, so I don't really know what to use in the Calculated DAX formula. It's not like excel where I can copy and paste the formula (unfortunately)
