Retrieve dates from text boxes and pass it to Sql when click on button

Hi Team,

I've two text boxes along with button and want to enter dates in text boxes.

When click on button the text values will pass as parameter?

How I'll implement the above case.

Hi I am also looking for similar option, but when i publish the report there is no option for user to select that created parameter.

You can use Query Parameter to input value and pass it into SQL statement to executed in database. Just concatenate Query string with parameter in Advanced Editor.

You should only use the parameter to query data. If you want to use it to insert/update (like above screenshot), it will be executed multiple times once you refresh the dataset.
