Hi all,
We have a scenario in our project where we need to restrict access to certain reports for certain user groups.
We have one Premium workspace but publishing the reports to this will make all reports accessible to all users in the organization.
We need to specifically restrict user access (Not row level access, but access to the entire report itself), like if an user who is supposed not to access a report but clicks it, should be either seeing blank report or redirected to another page saying that he/she is not authorized to view the report.
We might think of publishing reports to dedicated App Workspaces but an user has to procure Pro License to access contents of App Workspaces unlike Premium Workspace where no individual licenses are required. Please note that we are not looking into row level security here, it will be restricting access to the entire report.
Please do revert on possible ways to handle the issue.
P.S.

Hi @Anonymous,
Based on my research, if you do not want to use RLS, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, I suggest you submit an idea in ideas forum:
