Restrict filters and drill level by username in a single report

Hello all.

I made a dashboard with the KPIs of my organization's branches at a national level. They asked me to share this report with 60 employees, but they don't want them to be able to see each other's data.

The hierarchy is as follows: National > Region > State > to Branch.

In essence, I want Regional Managers to only be able to see their respective Region and States. I do not want them to be able to modify the filters and select all Regions. I do not want them to be able to drill up and then drill back down into another Region either.

Is there a way to grant restricted acces to certain users or do I need to split my report into 60 different ones?

@Anonymous You need to implement Row Level Security (RLS) to control who can see what? There are lot of blogs/videos on RLS.
