Response rate

Hi Team, 

I have two tables. 

One with survey score received on tickets for July month. 

Second table is a list of closed tickets in July. 

 Now I want to show response rate per assignment group Mentioned in tables. 

Can you please help, how to get this. 

I would like to show the result in matrix view as well.

@Ramendra , Not very clear. You need to have a common date table and other common tables like an assignment. And you can analyze data together.

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
