Reseting slicer upon click?

Is it possible to modify 2 slicers and one table in a way that once you chose an itm from one of them, the other slicer automatically resets and become irrelevant to the table?

I know that I can create a bottom to reset the whole dashboard, but I was wondering if there is a trick that once you go to antoher slicer, the first slicer becomes irelevant.
