Requirements for svg file generated by Inkscape for Synoptic Panel

I am trying to utilize svg file saved from Inkscape for Synoptic Panel.  Normally one uses the Synoptic Designer but do not want to put proprietary image to a third party

I save each object with a name in inkscape with a unique name.  When I open the SVG in Power BI, it shows up as one image with all objects in one image.

Two questions.

-What format should I save SVG in Inkscape ( Optimized or Plain SVG)

    - 32K limit applies to the file size of the SVG file or is there a limitation on the number of objects that can be named?

Thanks,

Greg
