Reports are failing almost every time and every day

I have  5 - 7 Reports which are auto scheduled on different times.  Since few days, I have been facing the below error. Almost every report are failing with the same below message. When I refresh the data on Desktop version, everything works great and without any issues.

I cannot do this manually every day as some of the reports are huge which are nearly 300 to 700 MB and it takes nearly 3 - 5 hours to refresh and publish.

any help is really appreciated

Please update the gateway to the latest version and try it again.

and If you delete the dataset in power bi service and republish it again.

If it still has the issue, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.

Once you submit the ticket, you will get an email from support@mail.support.microsoft.com. Someone from the  Microsoft support team will contact you to give you a deeper layer of help.
