Is it possibel to do a report like this attach?
I have the columns in white but i I need to inform or i need to add those in green to my report. Is this possible? How?

Out of the box, no.
Hackable, yes.
Layer 2 tables ontop of eachother to achieve this. The top table will be formatted with 3 columns in green, and just simply position it above the table you already have.
Utilizing layer techniques will provide you many work arounds for desired display. However, be careful, each visual added onto a page utilizes resources and prolongs the load time of the page.

In the Power Query editor you will have to use the pivot/unpivot commands to move the data as you need. And, you will probably have to use the fill down on the main column that has the pivoted data from the top line of headers. to resolve the nulls.
