Report Refresh is not finishing

We have PowerBI report that was working and refreshing fine. But Nov 23th and Nov24th, 2020 is not refreshing. We have all datasets on Google Big Query and even though all data sets are loading in preview, refreshed is not finishing. I can see that all rows are loaded in data, but even after rows are loaded, the refresh is not finished and changes are not applied.

When I run the Diagnostic result is the following: data sets are queried without issues and most of the time is spent only at the end of refreshment as TraceGap and it never ends. Please, advise, what can be the source of the issue and how to fix it.

I don't quite understand. The dataset was refreshed but the refresh process still working? Can you show more details like refresh history?
