Hi Guys
I have a report which connects to VSTS - using online services (Azure dev ops - Beta). I added a custom column using datetime.localnow in power query. This column will be used to display report refresh time.
Its works fine on desktop. But in Power BI service it gives me date in UTC format once the data is refreshed in Service.
Any tips how can it is displayed in local time zone.

Hi @Anonymous
You could find the solution in the following link.
Display Last Refreshed Date in Power BI
Or
Power BI – Create Last Dataset Refresh Date
If consider Daylight Savings Dates and Times change, follow this link:

I'd try converting it with the DateTimeZone functions, e.g.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/datetimezone-switchzone
Hi
Thanks for the reply, in that case i had to hard code a value to get the desired result. then again when the daylight is on, we need to change that.
Is there any inbuild function in DAX itself which will do it ?
I was thinking to calculate the delta with hardcoded DateTimeZone value for UTC and your time zone, using this:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerquery-m/datetimezone-fromtext
but it would still not cover the daylight savings automatically
I'm out of ideas, but maybe @ImkeF can help?
