Report Pages lost in model

Hi community, I predicate this with, "it may only be me", but,  I've experienced losing all report pages from two "saved" models since the February update. Luckily I save my models in a SharePoint folder so I'm able to return to a previous version but, I'm concerned that one day I won't be so lucky. 

Anyone else experience this? Or, importantly, know why it happens and how I can prevent it?

Where does these disappeared custom visual come from? PowerBI service support the certified custom visual which come from the APP store, but may not support other custom visual. Could you show some snapshots of custom visuals in PowerBI desktop?

3 Reports now! I've noticed that prior to this happening the report loses its custom theme. The theme can't be reapplied and the only thing left to do is save and close the report. However, when you re-open the report, all report pages are gone. All Tables and DAX measures are there, just the pages and their visuals are gone.
