Is it normal that in the Report Builder / Paginated Reports for borders on tablixs to render differently when you run the report from the service?
I have a tablix, where I have set black, 1 pt borders. I have experimented with setting the tablix borders to none, then indivudally updating cells in the tablix, with the same result
The tablix looks perfectly fine when running in Report Builder. However, as soon as I upload and run from the service, some borders appear to be thicker. It seems to be a bit random. some borders are thin, others are thick.
Is this a brower issue? Really need some advice here, because the report looks awful like this in the browser.
I have made a simple test tablix to display the issue. The left is how it displays in report builder, the right in Power BI Service
I have the same issue. I have tried to set borders to None and then re-apply the formatting I want, but it seems this features is very spurious, unfortunately.
Hi @Anonymous ,
May I ask what browser you are using and what is the border size set in the report builder.

Hi, The issue is appearing in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (Version 105.0.1343.33 (Official build) (64-bit))
Borders are black, 1 pt.
I have experimented with setting individual text cells borders on and off (so the left cell has a right border on and a right cell has its left border off) Nothing seems to work for me. Like I said, it works fine when i run in the report builder, but soon as I deploy it to power bi service, I get this weird borders issue.
