Replicating values based on column value and group

Hello, Iv'e run into tough problem I can't figure out on myself. I hope it's possible to solve with PBI.

Let's imagine a table below. For each group I am looking at ID column, and if there is a value different than "#" I am replicating it. If there is only "#" I am leaving it. There is only one ID for each group.

@Anonymous you add a column using following expression

New Col =
VAR __id = CALCULATE( MAX ( 'Table'[Id] ), ALLEXCEPT( 'Table', 'Table'[Group] ) )
VAR __countRowsWithHash = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ), ALLEXCEPT( 'Table', 'Table'[Group] ), 'Table'[Id] = "#" )
VAR __countRowsWithoutHash = CALCULATE( COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ), ALLEXCEPT( 'Table', 'Table'[Group] ), 'Table'[Id] <> "#" )
RETURN
IF ( __countRowsWithoutHash == BLANK(), "#", __id )

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have tested @parry2k 's DAX expression and it works well. If you have no other questions, please accept his reply as a solution so that people who may have the same question can get the solution directly.
