Replacing concatenated values from related table

I have two tables that come in from Sharepoint online lists. One of the fields is a multi select lookup value (called "App") from the other table and when Power Query brings it in it brings it in as a list, which I then extract to comma delimeted values. The problem is that rether than bringing in the name of the app, it brings in the ID of the app's record. I ultimately end up with a concatenated list of app IDs rather than their names. How can I replace the app's IDs with their names? Example:

Table 1:

Id	Title	AppsId
1	Record 1	3, 5, 7
2	Record 2	2, 4, 6

Table 2:

Id	App
1	App1
2	App2
3	App3
4	App4
5	App5
6	App6
7	App7
8	App8
9	App9
10	App10
11	App11
12	App12
13	App13
14	App14
15	App15

Desired result for Table 1:

Id	Title	App
1	Record 1	App3, App5, App7
2	Record 2	App2, App4, App6
