Replacement/recommendation for Chiclet Slicer

Hello,

I currently have a report with 3 chiclet slicers, as seen below. Slicers one and two are used to cycle through narrow down the reports shows in slicer 3, and then clicking on the report (Assest Count or Metrics, for example) needs to open the report. It seems the slicer isn't capable of functioning as a button or bookmark, but buttons and bookmarks are static and will not change when slicers 1 and 2 are used.

What could work to either have the 3rd slicer open a report, or replace the 3rd slicer?

have you tried using hierarchies?

To clarify, how are you suggesting the Hierarchy could be used?

Yes, for the second page of this report. This is the landing page, however, and to meet project standards there need to be two 'navigation bars' where chiclet slicers 1 and 2 are currently placed.
