Renaming just half of the values a column has

I want to know whether it's possible to rename just the half of a given column. I duplicated my table and now want to rename the values of the original version to "A" and of the duplicated version "B" although they have the same values starting with for example "abc". I think that might not work but is there a other chance to do that? Probably renaming it and then duplicate it and renaming the duplicate or something like that?

Sorry but I'm very new and have no idea how to do that.

Lets assume I just use the table above. I want to duplicate the table above and afterwards rename the first half of the table (so this one we can see now) into "Product A - Productive" and the duplicated version into "Product B - Productive". How can I achieve that?
