Removing topographical features from map images

Is there a way to remove the topographical features of the Bing maps Power BI uses? For example, I don't want to see a green color when an area is a forest and I don't want to see major roads and highways. I know Power BI shape maps kind of solve this issue. But is there any way to do this on filled in map visuals?

If you don't want to do Shape Map then you would need to use the Dark or Grayscale theme of Filled Map. It's under Map styles.
