Remove similar items in the same column

Hi All, may I know is there any way I could remove the similar items in the same column. I am trying Fuzzymatch but not working.

From this example, Apple ~ xApple1   &   Banana ~ Bananax

Great thanks if there are any solutions.

Table 1:

Apple

Banana

Orange

Grape

xApple1

Bananax

Melon

Desired Outcome:

Apple

Banana

Orange

Grape

Melon

@ngct1112 have your tried to use powerquery to clean your data. 

select your data column and then go to column from example, you will get below screen. Now type correct values for incorrect value.

Once you typed the correct value, it will automatically pick values

below is the final output
