Remove filters, filter non-blank rows, count remaining distinct values in a column

Here is what I want to accomplish:

1. Remove the filters from column A

2. Filter by the non-blank rows in column A

3. Distinct count the remaining unique values from column B

I originally had a simple "DISTINCTCOUNT('Table X'[Column B])" measure that worked.

Edit: Tried this. Does not work.

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table X[Column B]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table X'),Table X[Column A]<>BLANK()))

@Anonymous , Try if one of the two can work

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table X[Column B]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table X'),not(Isblank('Table X'[Column A]))))

or

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table X[Column B]),ALLSELECTED('Table X'),not(Isblank('Table X'[Column A])))
