Here is what I want to accomplish:
1. Remove the filters from column A
2. Filter by the non-blank rows in column A
3. Distinct count the remaining unique values from column B
I originally had a simple "DISTINCTCOUNT('Table X'[Column B])" measure that worked.

CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table X[Column B]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table X'),not(Isblank('Table X'[Column A]))))
or
