Hi,
I would like to share a report with the Export Data feature enabled but not allowing the end-users to download the full PBIX file.
This seems like a basic ask for report creators, especially when you're developing/iterating reports but some posts mention this is not possible. Is this really the case?
Thanks,

@PBIdeas - Just create a bogus RLS rule that does not rule out anything. Once RLS is enabled, users cannot download.

Hi. You can' make the option go again for all users. However, you can make it invisible for specific users. If i am not wrong, there are there are ways to share without that option:
1- If you share a report to a user that is not in the workspace.
2- If the user in the workspace is with role "Viewer".
3- If you share a Power Bi App with them removing all permissions for them.
That way they might not see the download pbix option. Try it and let me know!
Hope that helps,
Happy to help!
@PBIdeas , I doubt that will disable download as weel
