Relative Date Filtering - Based On Yesterday

Is there a way to set up Relative Date Filtering based on yesterday, instead of today? Specifically, I have a report that refreshes daily, pulling data through the previous day. My main page defaults to show current month data. However, on the first of the month, there is no data for that month yet, so the report appears completely blank. I would like to set the view to default to yesterday's month, but don't know how to set that up.

Is ther a way to exlude both today and yesterday using relative date filter?

Well, I have it set up using a slicer, to show "This Month". We have monthly goal amounts, so I'm tracking progress to goal, and so a rolling 30 days wouldn't get me what I need. I don't think there's a way to do this, just thought I'd ask to be sure. It only affects about 3% of the days anyway... What I've done is set up bookmarks so users can quickly choose "This Month", "Last Month", or "Date Range", which will change the slicer to a "Between" view.
