Hi Team,

 Kindly suggest any ideas for the following Query:

Can i use a Talend as a source that is  which i want to retrieve a data from Talend?  

If i can connect means how can i connect to Talend?

Yes. as @amitchandak  said, you could use Power BI Rest Api to connect to Talend.
